Dear John,
As per our conversation, I informed you that the Education Department can not
have your group here to display at the museum 9-10 April 2016. We have another
program that will need the space that the train layout will occupy.
But our Museum Director would like to reschedule you at another time next year,
2017. Thank you so much.
